By using services on box2.kchostingllc.xyz, you agree to all terms within this agreement.

Shared Hosting, cPanel, WHM Reseller, Master, Alpha, Super Alpha, and related services.

1.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all actions, users, and data under your account.

1.4 Fair Use

Unlimited services are subject to fair use. Excessive resource usage may result in action.

1.5 Data Responsibility

Users must maintain their own backups.

1.6 Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations or abuse.

1.7 Contact

Contact your Web Hosting Partner for all support.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

2.1 Legal Use

All services must be used lawfully.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

No hacking, phishing, malware, spam, or illegal content.

2.3 Resource Abuse

No excessive CPU, RAM, or storage usage.

2.4 Email Abuse

No spam or unsolicited messaging.

3. RESELLER POLICY

3.1 Responsibility

Resellers are responsible for all sub-accounts.

3.2 Overselling

Not allowed if it impacts server performance.

4. SECURITY POLICY

4.1 Requirements

Keep software updated and secure.

4.2 Compromised Accounts

May be suspended until resolved.

5. SERVICE GOVERNANCE

5.1 Maintenance

Maintenance may occur at any time.

5.2 Enforcement

Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
